RESOLUTION NO. 9611
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO ENTER INTO
A CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH NICHOLS, VALLERGA,
AND ASSOCIATES FOR PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT AND
ENGINEEERING CONSULTANT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City has a need for additional engineering consultant services related to
the implementation of the City's Pavement Maintenance Program; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Nichols, Vallerga and Associates possesses a supreme
knowledge of the City's pavement network and of the City's Pavement Management System and
has highly qualified staff available to provide the City with engineering consultant services
related to pavement management;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to enter into a Consultant Services Agreement with
Nichols, Vallerga and Associates for pavement management and engineering consultant services
in an amount not to exceed $150,000.
