A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF BID FOR
TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM REPLACEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has reviewed a Request For
Proposal (RFP) for Telecommunication Systems Replacement; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the qualifications and experience of the proposals
and has determined that the firm of Williams Communications meets the requirements of the
City's RFP dated September 21, 1999; and
WHEREAS, City staff has determined the proposal from Williams Communications
represents the best overall value with pricing of $224,000 plus or minus five to ten percent.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal for Telecommunications
System Replacement and the contract with Williams Communications be approved.
