RESOLUTION NO. 10955
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR A MANAGEMENT COMPENSATION STUDY
WHEREAS, a Management Compensation study is funded in the FY 2008/09
Budget; and
WHEREAS, the last formal Management Compensation study was conducted
ten years ago in 1998 and many classifications have changed; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell's Purchasing Policy requires the retaining of a
consultant by the City at a fee in excess of fifteen thousand dollars shall be
approved by the City Council; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council approve the
Request For Proposal and a call for bids for a Management Compensation study
not to exceed $20,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes the
Human Resources Manager to award the contract for this Management
Compensation Study to the most qualified bidder within the allocated budget.
