BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL
ADOPT A NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND FIND THE 1998-2005
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE
CITY'S GENERAL PLAN.
After notification and public hearing, as specified by law, and after presentation by the
Community Development Director, proponents and opponents, the heating was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did recommend as
follows:
That the proposed 1998-2005 Capital Improvement Plan is consistent with the City's
General Plan and
2. That a Negative Declaration be granted for this plan..
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of April, 1998, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: COMMISSIONERS: Francois, Gibbons, Jones, Keams, Lowe,
NOES: COMMISSIONERS: None
ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS: Lindstrom, Meyer-Kennedy
