RESOLUTION NO. 10963
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND CALLING FOR BIDS FOR
JANITORIAL SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED TO THE CAMPBELL
COMMUNITY CENTER AND THE HERITAGE THEATRE
WHEREAS, the existing contracts for janitorial services will expire on November 30,
2008; and
WHEREAS, there is an on-going need for janitorial services to be provided in the
Campbell Community Center and the Heritage Theatre; and
WHEREAS, staff has prepared janitorial specifications and a Call for Bids;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby approve the
janitorial specifications, authorizes a Call for Bids for said janitorial services and
authorize the Director of Recreation & Community Services to award the contract for
janitorial services to the above-named facilities; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council authorize the extension of current
contracts with Significant Cleaning Services for interim services to February 1,2009.
