RESOLUTION NO. 10989
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE
A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SAN JOSE
FOR CAMPBELL AVENUE RAC OVERLAY PROJECT No. 09-06
WHEREAS, the section of Campbell Avenue between Superior Drive and Abbey Lane lies
within the City of San Jose; and
WHEREAS, the City of San Jose has expressed its interest in executing a cooperative
agreement with the City of Campbell to install RAC overlay along Campbell Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
authorizes the Public Works Director to execute a cooperative agreement with the City of San
Jose for the Campbell Avenue RAC Overlay Project No. 09-06.
