COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO.: 10974
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A TRI-PARTITE RENT STABILIZATION AGREEMENT WITH TIMBER COVE MOBILE
HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, BRANDENBURG, STAEDLER & MOORE, AND
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell since 1993 has provided Timber Cove Mobile Homeowner's
Association members and park owners Brandenburg, Staedler & Moore with conciliation and
mediation for proposed rent increases; and
WHEREAS, the mobile homeowners, park management and the City of Campbell have signed
a five year Tri-Partite Rent Stabilization Agreements every five years for the last fifteen years;
and
WHEREAS, the current Tri-Partite Agreement expires January 31, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the mobile homeowners and park managers desire to sign a new five year
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby authorize the City
Manager to enter into a new Tri-Partite Rent Stabilization Agreement with Timber Cove Mobile
Homeowner's Association and Brandenburg, Staedler, and Moore, and authorize execution of
the attached agreement.
