RESOLUTION NO. 10992
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL DIRECTING THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
TO WAIVE BUILDING PERMIT AND GENERAL PLAN
MAINTENANCE FEES FROM BUILDING PERMIT BLD2008-
00840.
WHEREAS, a building permit (BLD2007-001020) for the construction of a new
commercial building at 2135 -2145 S. Winchester Boulevard was issued in 2007;
and
WHEREAS, this building permit expired and no work was performed; and
WHEREAS, a new permit (BLD2008-00840) for the same scope of work has
been applied for and approved; and
WHEREAS, a formal request for waiver of building permit fees for the new permit
has been made;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell, California, that the Building Official is directed and authorized to waive
the building permit and general plan maintenance fees related to Building Permit
(BLD2008-00840).
