RESOLUTION NO. 10995
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PARAMETERS AND SETTING OF COMMUNITY MEETING DATE FOR
UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO.9 - WINCHESTER BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, parameters for the design and construction of Underground Utility District
No. 9 - Winchester Boulevard were presented to City Council in a Study Session on
September 16, 2008; and
WHEREAS, PG&E has initiated an alternative procedure to administer electrical panel
conversion; and
WHEREAS, PG&E found this approach to be beneficial as it allowed for better overall
pricing due to scale of economy, better coordination among property owners and the electrical
contractor, and relieve the responsibility from the property owners; and
WHEREAS, a public meeting is necessary to discuss the undergrounding project with
the affected property owners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves the parameters as presented for Underground Utility District 9 and sets
February 26, 2009 as the date for the community meeting for Project 08-12, Undergrounding
Utility District NO.9 - Winchester Boulevard.
