A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A
CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
WEST VALLEY SANITATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, West Valley Sanitation District has a need for temporary and
intermittent Public Works Inspection services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement for the City to provide Construction Inspection
Services to West Valley Sanitation District has been prepared;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell does hereby authorize the Public Works Director to execute a Construction
Inspection Services Agreement with West Valley Sanitation District in an amount not to
exceed $50,000 for each project for which services are requested.
