PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING "AUTO SALES" AS AN ALLOWABLE
USE IN THE M-1-S (LGIHT INDUSTRIAL) ZONING DISTRICT
SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.
After due consideration of the following presented. evidence pertaining to
u request for determination that "auto sales" would be an allowable use,
with approval of a Conditional use Permit, in the M-1-S (Light Industrial)
Zoning District:
1. "Auto sales" may be compatible in the M-1-S Zoning District.
2. Stipulation that approval with a Conditional Use Permit allows
the Planning Commission to condition the use as it deems
appropriate for the benefit of the community.
The Planning Commission did determine that "auto sales" be added to the
list of uses allowed with a Use Permit in the M-1-S (Light Industrial)
Zoning District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of February 1987 by the following vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Kasolas, Stanton, Olszewski, Dickson, Christ
NOES: Commissioners: None
ABSENT: Commissioners: Perrine.
