PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA .
After due consideration of the following presented evidence pertaining
to a request for a determination that "auto tinting and polishing" and
"auto painting" would be an allowable use, with approval of a Conditional
Use Permit, in the C-M (Controlled Manufacturing) Zoning District:
1. Certain types of auto-related businesses, such as auto
tinting and polishing and auto painting, which are
maintained in a clean and attractive fashion, may be
compatible with the C-M Zoning District.
2. Stipulation that approval with a Conditional Use Permit
allows the Planning Commission to condition the use
as it deems necessary.
The Planning Commission did determine that "auto tinting and polishing"
and "auto painting" be added to the list of uses allowed with a Use
Permit in the C-M (Controlled Manufacturing) Zoning District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January 1987 by the following
vote:
