PC Res 2419RESOLUTION NO. 2419 PLANNING COMMISSION 'i BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION ~`_ OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/ LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 649 EL PATIO DR. AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT (APPLICATION OF MESSRS. BRUCE BOWEN AND JEFFERY WYATTj ZC 86-12/PD86-12). After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the proposed amendments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the Planning Commission did determine that the change as shown in the attached Exhibit A should be made to the Zoning Map based on the following finding: 1. The PD (Planned Development) Zoning is consistent with the General Plan designation on the property of Low-Medium Density Residential. The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto making effective the recommended changes to the Zoning Map. _ PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of October 1986 by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners: Dickson, Olszewski, Christ, Stanton, Kasolas NOES: Commissioners: None ABSENT: Commissioners: Perrine, Fairbanks APPROVED: George C. BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 649 EL PATIO DR., AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT (APPLICATION OF MESSRS. BRUCE BOWEN AND JEFFERY WYATT, ZC 86-12/PD 86-12). The City Council of .the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and amended by adopting the attached Exhibit A entitled Mpa of Said Property, as apr the application of Messrs. Bruce Bowen and Jeffery Wyatt for approval of a Zone Change for property known as 649 E1 Patio Dr. from R-1 (Single Family Residential) to PD (Planned Development/Low-Medium Density Residential). SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective thirty days following its passage and adoption and shall be published once within fifteen days upon passage and adoption in the San Jose Mercury News, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
