PLANNING COMMISSION
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT, PLANS,
ELEVATIONS, DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE, AND
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION
OF 14 TOWNHOMES ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 104 & 120
REDDING RD. IN A PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/LOW-
MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT.
(APPLICATION OF MESSRS. QUE NADERZAD & STEVE
SARAY, ZC 86-08).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of
Messrs. Que Naderzad and Steve Saray for approval of a Planned Development
Permit, plans, elevations, and development schedule to allow the construction
of 14 townhomes on property known as 104 & 120 Redding Rd., as per the
application filed in the Planning Department on July 17, 1986; and, after
presentation by the Planning Department, proponents and opponents, the hearing
was closed.
After due consideration of all the evidence presented, the Planning Commission
did find as follows:
1. The project is of a high quality design and aesthetically pleasing.
2. Parking exceeds City codes.
3. Substantial landscaping has been provided which adds to the aesthetics of
the project.
4. The project conforms with the code and regulations of the City.
5. The use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals,
comfort or general welfare of persons residing or working in the
neighborhood, or be detrimental or injurious to the property and
improvements or to the general welfare of the City.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the City
Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A making effective the
recommended zone change.

vote:
