PLANNING COMMISSION
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAPiPBELL CERTIFYING AS COMPLETE THE
ENVIRONPIENTAL IPiPACT REPORT FOR A PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 700 MCGLINCEY LANE
(EIR 86-02, MR. W. L. CHALMERS).
After public hearing and notification as required by law on a Draft
Environmental Impact Report, prepared on a proposed. industrial complex on
property known as 700 McGlincey Lane, and after presentation by the
Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find
as follows:
1. That the Draft EIR responded to all significant environmental
impacts resulting from this project.
2. The proposed pro3ect with the recommended conditions of approval
lessens the significant environmental effect as identified in the
EIR.
3. That the Planning Commission adopt a resolution certifying this
Draft EIR as complete, pursuant to Section 15090 of the State EIR
Guidelines.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does hereby accept the
Environmental Impact Report for the proposed industrial complex, and does
certify this Draft Environmental Impact Report as complete.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of July 1986, by the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Dickson, Olszewski, Christ, Perrine,
Stanton, Kasolas
