PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAI•iPBELL, CALIFORNIA
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the request
of Mr. Thomas E. Fleischli, on behalf of Prometheus Development, to
consider a Revised Development Schedule for a previously approved
office/hotel complex on property known as 920 E. Hamilton Ave. in a PD
(Planned Development/Commercial) Zoning District, and after presentation
by proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed (PD 84-06).
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission
does recommend that the City Council approve. the applicant's request for
an extension to the Development Schedule for PD 84-06 as follows:
PHASE I: (Office Building ~1) - Begin construction on or before
December 31, 1988; complete construction on or before March 1, 1990.
PHASE II: (Hotel) - Begin construction on or before December 31,
1989; complete construction on or before March 1, 1991.
PHASE III: (Office Building ~2) - Begin construction on or before
December 31, 1990; complete construction on or before March 1, 1992.
This development schedule extension is subject to all prior conditions of
approval under Ordinance No. 1560, and sub3ect to the following condition:
1. Developer agrees to comply fully with all the terms and
conditions of the Hamilton Mobilehome Park Relocation Plan
attached hereto as Exhibit D. The implementation of the
Relocation Plan shall be considered a phase of the project and
any stoppage in implementation of the Relocation Plan, including
payments of benefits shall be considered a breech of the
Development Schedule. Relocation shall be completed prior to or
simultaneously with the beginning of construction of Phase I.
Developer agrees to pay all actual costs of technical assistance,
and recognizes and agrees that the cost of technical assistance
will exceed the Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) stipulated in
the Relocation Plan.
