PC Res 2379RESOLUTION N0. 2379 PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF CAriPBELL, CALIFORNIA After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the request of Mr. Thomas E. Fleischli, on behalf of Prometheus Development, to _ consider a Development Agreement for a previously approved office/hotel complex on property known as 920 E. Hamilton Ave. in a PD (Planned Development/Commercial) Zoning District, and after presentation by proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed (PD 84-06). After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: 1. The proposed development agreement is consistent with the objectives, policies, general land uses and programs specified in the General Plan and any applicable Specific Plan. 2. The proposed development is compatible with the uses authorized in, and the regulations prescribed for, the land use district in which the real property is located. 3. The proposed development agreement is in conformance with public convenience, general welfare, and good land use practice. 4. The proposed development agreement will not be detrimental to the health, safety, and general welfare. 5. The proposed development agreement will not adversely affect the orderly development of property or the preservation of property values. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby recommend that the City Council adopt the attached Development Agreement. (See File # PD 84-06 for complete document.)
