PC Res 2364RESOLUTION NO. 2364 PLANNING COMMISSION BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CHANGE TO THE ZONING MAP AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT A (APPLICATION OF MR. MIKE CALLAHAN, ZC 85-09). After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed amendments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell; and, after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, the Planning Commission did determine that the change as shown in Exhibit A, attached, should be made to the Zoning Map based on the following findings 1. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land Use Element of the General Plan which shows "Multiple Family Residential" for the subject property. 3. The proposed zone change from R-M-S to C-PD would allow the development of 24 condominiums. The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A making effective the recommended changes to the Zoning Map.
