PC Res 2357RESOLUTION N0. 2357 PLANNING COMMISSION After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Herb Redlich for a variance of a sideyard setbacl; requirement on property known as 1326 Freda Ct. in an R-1-6 (Single Family residential) Zoning District, as per the application filed in the Planning Department on September 12, 1985; and, after presentation by the Planning director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed (V 85-02After due. consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find as follows: 1. That the requested variance is not detrimental to neighboring properties or to public welfare. 2. That the circumstances of the existing buildinUs on this site create a hardship if the applicant wishes to construct a solar room. with a good solar exposure; and 3. The grantin; of this variance would not establish a bad precedent. The Planning Commission does hereby grant the variance as requested.
