PLANNING COMMISSION
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
A CHANGE TO THE ZONING MAP AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT A
(APPLICATION OF MR. BRAD KUNKEL. ZC 85-06
After notification and public hearing; as specified by law on proposed
amendments to the Zoning ISap of the City of Campbell and after
presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the
Planning Commission did determine that the change as shown in Exhibit A
attached, should be made to the Zoning Map based on the following
findings:
1. The proposed zone chance is consistent with the Land Ilse Lle^ient
of the General Plan which shows "P.-PI-S" " for the subject
property.
2. The proposed zone change from R-PI-S to PD would allo~•~ the
development of 27 townhomes.
3. The proposed zone change caill not be detrimental to the health,
safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of such zone
change or be detrimental or injurious to property and
improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the -
City.
4. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land Use Element
of the General Plan.
The Planning Commission of the City of Ca«pbell recommends that the City
Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" making
effective the recommended changes to the Zoning Map.

BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA (ZC 85-06)
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE;: That the Zoning iiap of the City of Campbell, together
with amendments thereto, is hereby changed and amended. Said amendments
being outlined on the map attached hereto entitled yxhibit A.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective 30 days following
its passage and adoption and shall be published once within 15 days upon
passage and adoption in the San Jose Mercury News, a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
