PC Res 2354Resolution No. 2354 Planning Commission Being a resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommending approval of a change to the zoning map as shown in Exhibit A. (Application of Mr. Phil Baker, ZC 85-07) After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposeu amendments to the Zoninn Itap of the City of Car:rt~ell and alter presentation b~~ the Plannin~ Director, proponents and opponents, t}ie Planninry Commission did determine that the change as sho~::n in xhibit "A", attached, should he *;ade to the Zoning ?-`.a~ based on the follo;-gin}; findings: i. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land Use Llement of the General Plan which shows "Professional Office"" for the subject property. 2. The proposed zone change from R-2-S (tiultiple gamily) to PD (Planned Development) would allow the conversion of an existing building; to office use. 3. The proposed zone change will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of such zone change or be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. 4. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land Use Element of the General Plan. The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" making effective the recommended changes to the Zoning t4ap.
