PC Res 2339RESOLUTION N0. 2339 CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOi~AtENDING AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROli MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO PROFESSIONAL OFFICE FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 151 ROSE CT. (GP 85-01). After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed City-initiated amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan from Medium Density Residential to Professional Office for property known as 151 Rose Ct., and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission does find as follows: 1. The proposed Professional Office land use would be compatible with the existing development. 2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the City of Campbell. The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a Resolution recommending that the City Council adopt the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A, making effective the proposed amendments. BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA (GP 85-01 , APPLICATION OF MR PHIL BAKER ). The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Campbell together with amendments thereto, is hereby changed and amended. Said amendments being outlined on the map attached hereto entitled Exhibit A. SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days following its passage and adoption and shall be published once within fifteen (15) days upon passage and adoption in the San Jose Mercury News, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
