PLANNING COMMISSION
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL CERTIFYING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
REPORT FOR A PROPOSED OFFICE ADDITION AND NEW MAIN-
TENANCE BUILDING ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 580 ~ 626
McGLINCEY LANE (EIR 85-01).
After public hearing as required by law to consider an Environmental
Impact Report for the proposed office addition and new maintenance
building on property known as 580 & 626 McGlincey Lane, and after
presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponts, the hearing
was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission
did find as follows.:
1. That the Environmental Impact Report, statements and comments by
the Commission and speakers. at the hearing, and responses to the
comments, satisfy the state requirements for an Environmental
Impact Report.
Z. That the Environmental Impact Report, together with statements,
comments, and responses provide sufficient information upon which
to base a decision regarding the proposed project.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does hereby aceep.t tfie
Environmental Impact Report for the proposed office addition and new
maittenance building, and certifies it is complete and in compliance with
CEQA.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June 1985 by the following roll call
