PLANNING COMMISSION
After due consideration of all evidence presented on the request of Mr.
Angelo Troquato fora determination that a garden nursery use may be a
compatible use in the R-1 (Single Family Residential) Zoning District., and
should be allowed subject to approval of a use permit, the Commission did
find that the proposed use may be compatible with the character of the R-1
Zoning District.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did
determine that the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the
proposed allowable use will not be detrimental to the health, safety,
peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or
working in the neighborhood of such use, or detrimental or injurious to
property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of
the City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend the
addition of a garden nursery use as a possible use which may be applied
for by Use Permit in a R-1 (Single Family Residential) Zoninq District.
