amendments to the text of Chapter 21.08 of the Campbell Municipal Code,
and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents,
the hearing was closed.

detached garages remain as existing, which is: "Accessory
buildings and garages (not exceeding 14' in height) are currently
allowed within 5' of the rear property lines.. Garages are
allowed up to 3' from the side property line."= and that all
undeveloped lots zoned R-1-8, R-1-9, R-1-10, and R-1-16 be
subject to Site and Architectural review..
2. That the recommendation will not be detrimental to the health,
safety, peace., morals, comfort, or general welfare of persons
residing or working in the neighborhood. of such proposed use, or
be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the
__ neighborhood or to the general welfare of the city.
The Planning Commission does hereby recommend that the City Council
adopt the ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" enacting the necessary
