PLANNING COMMISSION
After consideration of the information presented regarding
application submittals and necessary information to be attached
thereto, the Planning Commission hereby adopts the attached
"Checklist" (Exhibit A) to be presented to applicants when
application on a proposed development is made for the
consideration of the Planning Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January 1985 by
the following vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Kasolas, Perrine, Christ,
Dickson, Fairbanks
NOES: Commissioners: None
ABSENT: Commissioners: Howard, Toshach
