PLANNING COMMISSION
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF PROPOSED CHANGE TO
LAND USE ELEMENT OF GENERAL PLAN FOR PROPERTY
KNOWN AS 464 W. CAMPBELL AVENUE (GP 84-04,
APPLICATION OF MR. ROBERT DUBCICH).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on a proposed
amendment to the Land iTse Element of the General Plan from Low-Medium
Density to A4edium Density Residential for property known as 464 W.
Campbell Avenue, and after presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning
Commission does find as follows:
1. The proposed medium density residential Land use
would not be compatible with the existing townhome
developments in the area.
2. The proposed changes would not be in the best
interest of the City of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt this resolution recommending
that the City Council deny the proposed General Plan amendment to the
Land Use Element.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January 1985 by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners: Perrine, Christ, Dickson, Fairbanks
NOES: Commissioners: Kasolas
ABSENT: Commissioners: Howard, Toshach
