PC Res 2307RESOLUTION NO. 2307 PLANNING COMMISSION After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Gene Haun for a variance of a sideyard setback requirement on property known as 1071 E1 Solyo Ave. in an R-1 (Single Family Residential) Zoning District to allow the construction of an attached garage and hobby shop, as per application filed in the Planning Office on December 11, 1984, and after presentation by the Planning Director, the hearing was closed. (V 84-03) After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort, or general welfare of persons re- siding or working in the neighborhood of such use, or be detrimental or injurious to the property and improvements ~~ in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. Based on this finding, the Planning Commission does hereby approve the variance as requested, subject to the attached. conditions entitled Exhibit A.
