BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CHANGE
TO THE ZONING MAP AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT "A" (APPLICATION
OF MR. DENNIS KOBZA, ZC 84-01).
.After notification and public hearing as specified by law on pro-
posed amendments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and after
presentation by the Planning Director, proponents, and opponents, the
Planning Commission did determine that the change as shown in Exhibit "A"
attached, should be made to the Zoning Map based on the following findings:
1. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land Use Element
of the General Plan which shows "Commercial and/ or Industrial"
for the subject property.
2. The proposed zone change from PD (Planned Development) to C-PD
(Condominium Zoning) would allow the development of a condominium
professional office building.
3. The proposed zone change will not be detrimental to the health,
safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons
residing or working in the neighborhood of such zone change or
be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the
neighborhood or the general welfare of the City.
4. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land Use Element.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the
City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" making ef-
fective the recommended changes to the Zoning Map.

BEING AN ORDINANCE AMEI~IDING THE ZONING MAP OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA (ZC 84-01).
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell, together
with amendments thereto, is hereby changed and amended. Said amendments
being outlined on the map attached hereto entitled Exhibit A.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective 30 days following
its passage and adoption and shall be published once within 15 days upon
passage and adoption in the San Jose Mercury News, a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
