PLANNNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIPDRNIA
After consideration of the request of Mr. Deno Evangelista .for a determination
by the Planning Colrnnission that.the establishment of a student loan office at
the Campbell Community Center, located at 1 W. Campbell .Ave., is compatible
with the semi-public character of the P-F (Public Facilities) Zoning District;
and after hearing evidence presented by the Planning Director, the Commission
did find as follows:
That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed
use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals,
comfort, or general. welfare of persons residing or working in the
neighborhood of such use, or be detrimental or injurious to the
property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general
welfare of the City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby determine
that the establishment of a student loan office is a use that is compatible
with the semi-public character of the Campbell Community Center.
The applicant is notified as part of this determination that he is required
to comply with all applicable codes and/or ordinances of the City of Campbell
and the State of California which pertain to this use and are not herein
stated.
