PC Res 2272RESOLUTION NO. 2272 PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed amend- ments to the text of Chapter 21.68 (Signs) of the Campbell Municipal Code, and after presentation by the Plarming Director, proponents, and opponents, the hearing was closed (TA 84-03). After due consideration of all evidence presented and based upon the follow- ing findings, the Commission did determine that there was not a significant need to amend Chapter 21.68 as it pertained to non-conforming signs. 1. That the existing Section 21.68.150 Nonconformin addresses the signing needs o e comnnmity as it pertains to non- , conforming signs. 2. That the adoption of the proposed amendment to Section 21.68.150 could create a hardship on the business commmity. The Planning Commission does hereby deny TA 84-03.
