RESOLUTION NO. 2265
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING THE ACCEPTANCE
OF THE ENVIRONENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR A PROPOSID
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT COMPLEX ON PROPERTY KNOWN
AS 743 & 749 CAMDEN AVENUE (EIR 84-01).
After public hearing as required by law to consider an Environmental Impact
Report for the proposed research and development complex on property known
as 743 $ 749 Camden Avenue, and after presentation by the Planning Director,
proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find
as follows:
1. .That. the Draft Fa-vironmental Impact Report on the proposed
research ~, development complex on property lmotin as 743 $
749 Camden Avenue satisfies the state requirements for an
Environmental Impact Report.
Z. That the Draft Environmental Impact Report provides suffi-
cient information on which to base a decision regarding
the proposed project.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does hereby accept the
Envirorunental Impact Report for the proposed research and .development
complex, and does recommend that the City Council certify this Draft
F~vironmental Impact Report as complete.
