CAMPBELL AVENUE IN A C-1-S (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. APPLICATION OF MS. PATTY MEJIA, ON BEHALF OF SPRINT SPECTRUM. UP 96-17. After notification and public heating, as specified by law, and after presentation by the Community Development Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows with respect to application UP 96-17: Transceiving or transmitting facilities are permitted in the C-1-S Zoning District subject to the approval of a conditional use permit. The project is compatible with the existing building and site, subject to the conditions of approval. o The proposed monopole, is located on the side of an existing building and is visible from public view.
