PC Res 2263RESOLUTION N0. 2263 PLANNING COMMISSION After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Saamaan Saah for a use permit and approval of on-sale general eating place (service of liquor in conjunction with a restaurant) on property i~nown as 1765 S. Winchester Blvd. in an C-2-S (General Com- mercial) Zoning District, as per application filed in the Office of the Planning Department on January 16, 1984, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed (UP 84-02). After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find as follows: That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort, or general welfare of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or be detrimental or injurious to the property and improve- ments in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the city. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby grant the requested use permit, subject to the conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A. The applicant is notified as part of this application that he/she is required to comply with all applicable Codes and/or Ordinance of the City of Campbell and the State of California which pertain to this development and are not herein specified. Use permit is restricted solely to the service of liquor in conjunction with a restaurant. Dancing and entertainment is not approved as part of this use permit. 2. Submit sign application prior to erecting any signs. FIRE DEPAR'IT~NT 1. Provide panic hardware for exit doors. 2. Doors shall swing in direction of egress only. 3. Provide illuminated exit signs. 4. Provide automatic fire extinguishing system in kitchen. 5. Provide 40 BC fire extinguisher in kitchen and 2A:lOBC extinguisher in dining area. 6. All draperies and decorations shall be flame retardant. 7. Obtain F.D. permit for public assembly. 8. Submit final floor plans to F.D. for approval. BUILDING DEPARTASQ~'I' Obtain all necessary permits from the Building Department. The applicant is notified that he/she shall comply with all applicable Codes or -_ Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this development and are not herein specified.
