PC Res 2251RESOLUTION NO. 2251 PLANNING COMMISSION After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. L. E. Strickland for a use permit to establish a church in an existing school classroom on property known as 480 E. Hamilton Avenue (Hamilton School) in a P-F (Public Facilities) Zoning District, as per the application filed in the Office of the Planning T~epartment on ilecember 1, 1983, and after presenta- tion by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed (iJP 83-20) . After due consideration of all evidence presented, the CommiSSlon did find as follows: That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort, or general welfare of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or be detrimental or injurious to the property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general tael- fare of the City. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby grant the requested use permit, subject to the conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A. The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is required to comply with all applicable Codes and/or ordinances of the City of Campbell and the State of California which pertain to this development and are not herein specified. All school property and construction therein is under control of the local school district, State Division of Architecture and Fire Marshal. Building Dept. has no comments.
