PLANNING OONMISSION
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING THE ACCEPTANCE OF
THE FOCUSED ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR A PRO-
POSED RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT COMPLEX TO BE LOCATED
ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 535 WESTCHESTER DRTVE (EIR 83-03,
EQUIREAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION).
After public hearing to consider new information for a Focused Environmental
Impact Report for the proposed research and development complex, Campbell
Business Park, to be located on property known as 535 Westchester Drive, and
after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the
hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find
as follows:
1. That the Focused Environmental Impact Report on the proposed
development satisfies the State rec{uirements for a Focused
Environmental Impact Report.
2. That the Focused Environmental Impact Report provides
sufficient information upon which to base a decision
regarding the proposed project.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does hereby accept the
Focused Enviromental Impact Report for the proposed Campbell Business
Park; and, does hereby recommend that this report be forwarded to the
City Council.

call vote:
