PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application
of H F~ E Association, Inc., for a use permit to allow the conversion of a
restaurant to a discotheque on property known as 750 The Pruneyard in a
C-2-S (General Commercial) Zoning District, and after presentation by the
Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
(UP 83-18)
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission
took action to deny without prejudice iTP 83-18 based on the request of the
applicant that this item be removed from the agenda.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December 1983 by the following roll
call vote:
