BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE THE APPLICA-
TION OF SOUTH BAY CONSTRUCTION CO. FOR A GENERAL PLAN
AMENDMENT TO EASTERLY PORTION OF PROPERTIES KNOWN AS
1252 & 1274 WALNUT DRIVE (GP 83-10).
After notification anal public hearing as specified by law on proposed amend-
ments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan from Low Density Residential
to Commercial on the easterly portion of properties known as 1252 ~ 1274 Walnut
I}rive, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents,
the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did
find as follows:
1. That the proposed amendment to the Land Use Element of the
General Plan has been withdraw at the request of the
applicant .
Therefore, the Planning Commission does hereby adopt this resolution recommending
that the application of A4r. Richard Menain, on behalf of Southbay Construction and
Development Co., Inc., with denied without prejudice and removed from the agenda.
