PC Res 2244RESOLUTION NO. 2244 PLANNING COMMISSION After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Damon Wheeler, on behalf of Mark Barton, Inc., for a use permit and approval of plans to allow a muffler shop in the service bays of an existing service station, and approval of plans to add a metal storage building on property known as 1387 Camden Avenue in a C-1-S (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed (IIP 83-13). After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did find as follows: 1. The applicant has requested that this application be withdrawn due to complications resulting from the fire safety concerns. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby deny without prejudice the requested use permit.
