PC Res 2239RESOLUTION N0. 2239
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CHANGE
TO THE ZONING MAP AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT "A" (APPLICATION
OF ROBERT AND DOROTHY DODGE, ZC 83-10).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed amend-
ments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and after presentation by
the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the Planning Commission
did determine that the change as shown in Exhibit A, attached, should be
made to the Zoning Map based on the following findings:
1. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land Use
Element of the General Plan which shows "Professional
Office" for the subject property.
2. The proposed zone change from P-0 to PD would allow the
development of a professional office building.
3. The proposed zone change will not be detrimental to the
health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general wel-
fare of the persons residing or working in the neighbor-
hood of such zone change or be detrimental or injurious
to property and improvements in the neighborhood or the
general welfare of the City.
4. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land
Use Element.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the City
Council enact the ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A making effective
the recommended changes to the Zoning Map.
