PC Res 2235RESOLUTION N0. 2235 PLANNING COMMISSION After due consideration of all evidence presented on the request of Mr. Charlie O'Neill for a determination that an automobile sales and leasing activity may be a compatible use in the C-1-S (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District, and should be allowed subject to approval of a use permit, the Commission did find that the proposed use may be compatible with the character of the C-1-S (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Conuns~ion_did determine that the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the pro- posed allowable use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend the addition of an automobile sales and leasing use as a possible use which may be applied for by Use Permit in a C-1-S (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District.
