PC Res 2234RESOLUTION N0. 2234 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF ZONE CHANGE, PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE ON PRO- PERTY KNOWN AS 44 & 56 SUNNYSIDE AVENUE (APPLICATION OF MR DAROL BLUNT, ON BEHALF OF B/J&A DEVELOPMENT CO., INC., ZC 83-09). After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Darol Blunt, on behalf of B/J F, A Development Co., Inc., for approval of a zone change from R-2-S (Multiple Family Residential) to C-PD (Condominium- Planned Development) and plans, elevations, and development schedule to allow construction of 8 condominium units on property known as 44 ~, 56 Sunnyside Avenue, as per the application filed in the Planning Department on September 1, 1983, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all the evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: 1. The concerns expressed by the Architectural Advisor and Staff have not been satisfactorily addressed in the plans presented. 2. The applicant did not wish a continuance in order that he might submit revised plans. The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell does hereby recommend that the City Council deny this application.
