BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF --
PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ~~
ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF AN OFFICE COMPLEX ON PRO-
PERTY KNOWN AS 920 E HAMILTON AVENUE IN A PD
(PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/COr~fERCIAL) ZONING DISTRICT.
(APPLICATION OF 900 E. HAMILTON AVENUE - A GENERAL
PARTNERSHIP, PD 83-04).
Plans, elevations and development schedule for the construction of an office
complex to be located on property known as 920 E. Hamilton Avenue in a PD
(Planned Development./Conunercial) Zoning District have been presented for
approval by Mr. Thomas Fleischli, on behalf of 900 E. Hamilton Avenue - A
General Partnership.
After notification and public hearing as specified by Iaw on said proposed
amencbnents, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on July 27, 1983,
and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the
hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did
find as follows:
That the establishment , maintenance, and operation of the proposed
use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, _
comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in
the neighborhood of such use, or detrimental or injurious to pro-
perty and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare
of the City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval
of plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and further re-
commends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit
A, adopting said plans, elevations, and development schecl~le for that portion
of the above mentioned Planned Development Zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of September, 1983, by the following roll
call vote:

BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
LAITY OF CAMPBELL ADOPTING PLANS, ELEVATIONS $
DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE PLANNED DEVELOP-
MENT ZONE ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL (APPLICATION OF MR THOT'!AS FLEISC[-II.,I,
PD 83-04).
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby
changed and amended by adopting the attached Exhibit A entitled Plans
and Elevations; Exhibit B entitled Development Schedule; Exhibit C en-
titled Map of Said Property; and Exhibit D entitled Conditions of
Approval, as per the application of Mr. Thomas Fleischli for approval
of plans, elevations, and development schedule to allow the construction
of an office complex on property lmown as 920 E. Hamilton Avenue in a
Planned Development Zoning District. Copies of said Exhibits are on file
in the Office of the Planning Department.
SECTION 'nVO: This ordinance shall become effective thirty days
following its passage and adoption and shall be published once within
15 days upon passage and adoption in the Campbell Press, a newspaper
of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
