PC Res 2230RESOLUTION N0. 2230 PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Ibug Rodrigues, on behalf of M.G.R. Properties, for a use permit and approval of plans, elevation and development schedule to allow the construc- tion of three condominium units on property known as 1207 Smith Avenue in an Interim (Low-Medium Density Residential) Zoning District, as per the applica- tion file in the Office of the Planning Department on July 27, 1983, and af- ter presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hear- ing was closed (tJP 83-10) . After due consideration of all the evidence presented, the Commission did find as follows: That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such use, or be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general wel- fare of the City. Based on the above findings, the Planning Corr~-ission does hereby grant the re- t{uested use permit,subject to conditions listed in the Attached Exhibit A. The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is rec{uired to comply with all applicable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell and the State of California which pertain to this development and are not herein specified. USE PERMIT SHALL NOT BECOME EFFECTIVE UNTIL RATIFIID BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
