PC Res 2220RESOLUTION N0. 2220 BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CHANGE TO THE ZONING MAP AS SHOWN IPA EXHIBIT A (APPLICATION OF MR. BRIAN CURTIS, DAIWA HOUSE CORPORATION OF AMERICA, ZC 83-04). After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed amendments to the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell and after pre- sentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the Planning Commission did determine that the change as shown in Exhibit A, attached, should be made to the Zoning Map based on the following findings: 1, The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land Use Element of the General Plan which shows "Medium Density Residential" for the subject property. 2. The proposed zone change from R-1 to C-PD would allow the development of 3U condominium units. 3. The proposed zone change will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general wel- fare of the persons residing or working in the neigh- borhood of such zone change or be detrimental or in- jurious to property and improvements in the neighbor- hood or the general welfare of the City. 4. The proposed zone change is consistent with the Land Use Element. The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A making effective the recommended changes to the Zoning Map.
