PC Res 2210RESOLUTION N0. 2210 PLANNING COMMISSION After due consideration of all evidence presented on the request of Mr. Dan Orloff for a determination that an automobile muffler shop may be a compatible use in the C-1-S (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District, and should be allowed subject to approval of a use permit, the Commission did find that the proposed use may be compatible with the character of the C-1-S (\eighborhood Commercial) Zoning District. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission did determine that the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed alloti.able use will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or ti~orking in the neighborhod of such use, or detrimental or injurious to propert}~ and improvements in the neighborhood or the general welfare of the City-. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend the addition of an automobile muffler shop as a possible use which may be applied for by Use Permit in a C-1-S (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District.
