PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSI0N OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING AMENDMENTS TO
THE CIRCULATION ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN (GP 82-05) .
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed City-
initiated amendments to the Circulation Element of the General Plan of the
City of Campbell, and after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents
and opponents, the hearing was closed (GP 82-05) .
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission
does find as follows:
1. The proposed Circulation Element clarifies the policies
of the City with regard to the traffic circulation.
2. The proposed changed are in the best interest of the
City of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a resolution recommending that
the City Council adopt the ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A, making
effective the proposed amendments.
