PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on
the application of John McClements for a variance to the fencing height
requirement to allay the construction of a 7' 3" fence in a required front
yard area on property knaan as 1244 Harriet Avenue in an Interim (Low
Density Residential) Zoning District, as per the application filed in the
Office of Planning Director, the hearing was closed. (~1 83-01)
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Commission
did find as follows:
1. The property is not tmique and can be used without this variance.
2. The hardship is not unusual and applies equally to other lots.
3. The particular hardship claimed by the applicant was self-imposed.
The Planning Commission does hereby deny the variance as requested.
