BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING AMENDMENTS TO THE
LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM LOW DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND/OR
PROFESSIONAL OFFICE FOR PROPERTIES KNOWN AS 65, 73 &
85 E. LATIMER AVENUE (GP 83-06) .
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed City-
initiated amendments to the Land Ilse Element of the General Plan from Low
Density Residential to 1`iedium Density Residential and/or Professional Office
for properties knrnan as 65, 73 ~, 85 E. Latimer Avenue, and after presentation
by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission
did find as follows:
1. The proposed Diedium Density Residential and/or Professional
Office land use would be compatible with the existing
development.
2. The proposed changes are in the best interest of the City
of Campbell.
The Planning Commission does hereby adopt a resolution recommending that the
City Council adopt the ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit A making effect-
ive the proposed amendments.
