MENT/COMMERCIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. (PD 83-03)
Plans, elevations and development schedule for the construction of an
approximately 8,700 sq.ft. retail/office building to be located on pro-
perty known as 880 E. Campbell Avenue in a PD (Planned Development/
Commercial) Zoning District have been presented for approval by Mr. Om

After notification and public hearing as specified by law on said pro-
posed amendments, as filed in the Office of the Planning Department on
April 14, 1983, and after presentation by the Planning Director, pro-
ponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission

the neighborhood of such use, or detrimental or injurious to
property and improvements in the neighborhood or the general
welfare of the City.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission did recommend approval
of plans, elevations, and development schedule as presented and further
recommends that the City Council enact the Ordinace attached hereto as
Exhibit A, adopting said plans, elevations, development schedule, and
